Protein Cookie Dough Bites

Are you that person that eats half the cookie dough batter before you finally bake the cookies? Then you’re going to love these healthified protein cookie dough bites plus they’re gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined sugar free so you won’t feel icky after eating a handful of them either.

These little bliss balls are perfect for a ‘grab and go’ snack or healthy dessert option and only take 10 MINUTES to whip up. Literally. 10 minutes total… what are you waiting for?!

 

WHAT YOU NEED:

1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
3 scoops Protein World vanilla protein powder
1 Tbs vanilla extract
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup canned coconut milk
1/4 tsp pink salt
*add 1 Tbs water if the dough looks too dry
Mini dark chocolate chips

 

HOW TO:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl (saving the chocolate chips for last) until a cookie dough texture is formed.

  2. It will look a bit ‘crumbly’ in the bowl but it will all stick together once you start rolling it into balls.

  3. Roll into bite size balls and place in the refrigerator in an air tight container. I like to sprinkle the tops with a tiny bit of extra pink salt before storing them. Eat as a snack or dessert when the sweet tooth cravings kick in!
